FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your Questions, Answered

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST SESSION?

Your first session at Zen Zone Massage is all about your comfort and well-being. Prior to your appointment, we ask that you complete our online intake form, which helps us understand your health history, concerns, and goals for the session. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to go over your intake form and address any questions or concerns you may have. This way, we can ensure that your session is tailored to meet your specific needs. Many clients wonder what they should wear for the session. Please feel free to dress down to your underwear, but remember, your comfort is our top priority. You should undress to the level that makes you feel most at ease. During the session, you will be draped with a top sheet and blanket at all times, and the only area being worked on will be gently undraped. This ensures both your privacy and comfort.

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS A MOON MASSAGE?

The Moon Massage is a specialized service created to support women who are experiencing PMS or menstrual discomfort. This nurturing treatment focuses on alleviating the physical and emotional symptoms associated with your menstrual cycle. This session includes the application of warm heat packs over the lower abdomen and lower back to soothe cramps and tension. Gentle lymphatic massage techniques are used to reduce bloating and water retention, while the overall experience is designed to create a sense of total relaxation and comfort. The Moon Massage is not just about relieving physical symptoms; it's about providing a space where you can feel cared for and supported during this time of your cycle. This service is ideal for those looking to balance their body and mind during their period.

DO YOU ACCEPT MALE CLIENTS?
